Regular abstract submission for the Glia Meeting is no longer possible (the deadline was February 4, 2019).

It was only possible to submit one abstract per participant. The registered participant is automatically the first author and will be the presenting author of the poster.
| Late abstracts |
The submission for regular poster abstracts is closed but a late poster session will be provided on-site. Please note that these late posters will not be listed in the printed matters (program booklet, abstract book) but in the meeting app only. There is no need to submit an abstract as only the poster title, authors and affiliations will be included in the meeting app and on-site announcement. If you are interested in presenting a poster on that condition please contact the meeting's secretariat by e-mail (email@example.com). Please be aware that the first author needs to be registered and only one poster per participant is allowed.
| Abstract editing |
Abstract editing was possible free of charge until the deadline for abstract submission and early registration, i.e. February 4, 2019. After February 4, a handling fee of 15,00 € will be charged for each further abstract editing. The final deadline for abstract editing is April 10, 2019.
Authors who would like to change their abstract after February 4, 2019 are asked to send an e-mail to the meeting secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org) to get further information how to proceed.
| Publication of submitted abstracts |
All abstracts accepted will be available at the Wiley E-Only Supplement to Glia Journal. An abstract is considered accepted if a corresponding notification of abstract acceptance has been sent and the first author has paid in the registration fee in full. The meeting organizer reserves the right to withdraw accepted abstracts if the registration fee has not been paid within the time limit.
The abstract will be published as submitted. The authors are responsible for the correctness and completeness of the content as well as the correct listing of authors and their affiliations.
Please make sure that your abstract is ready for publishing! You may check your data with your login in the abstract system.
If you need to change anything, please write an email to email@example.com so we can open your account for editing. The final deadline for all modifications is April 10, 2019!

Notification of abstract acceptance: All main authors were informed about the acceptance of their poster on March 11, 2019. If you did not get any e-mail notification until end of March please contact the Meeting Secretariat via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone at +49 351 4842975.
